  • Errors & Cancellations: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Shopwido reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, even if the order was initially confirmed.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

  • Order Confirmation: Placing an order does not automatically constitute a binding acceptance. An order is finalized only after verification via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Payment Methods:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across eligible cities and delivery zones throughout Pakistan.

    • Online / Bank Transfer: Accepted through verified digital payment channels and bank deposits prior to dispatch.

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to product stock shortages, courier service limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days for major metropolitan cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) and 4 to 7 business days for regional and rural areas. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier operational constraints.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are advised to check the package exterior before accepting the parcel. Any visible exterior tampering or package damage should be brought to the courier’s attention immediately.

5. Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy

  • Eligibility Window: Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer support within 48 to 72 hours of delivery.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all original accessories, tags, manuals, and purchase receipts.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Consumables, personal care products, hygiene goods, or items damaged due to customer misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repair are strictly non-returnable.

  • Warranty Claims: Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) are subject to the respective brand’s terms and verification processes.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Shopwido Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

  • In any event, our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of an order is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the item in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
